Tutors may use the form below to report volunteer hours. Returning this form enables the Literacy Council to use your volunteer hours as part of the "in-kind" contribution required as matching funds from our primary funder, the Marlyand State Department of Education (MSDE) Literacy Works Grant. For every dollar from MSDE, 10 cents of "in-kind" contributions and 15 cents of cash contributions are required. Thank you very much for your support!
